How we Began

The Kahuna Charitable Foundation (KCF) was established in early 2005 by Frank F. Lunn, President and CEO of Kahuna Business Group as a way to give back to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital for saving his son Frankie’s life. Frankie was successfully treated at St. Jude for leukemia in 2002. During that time, Frank witnessed the remarkable care given to his son, every patient and every family, and immediately recognized St. Jude as a special place - a place of hope.

Executive Director

Jamie Atchison is the Executive Director of the Kahuna Charitable Foundation overseeing all aspects of the foundation and working directly with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Jamie has several years fundraising experience working with St. Jude through Epsilon Sigma Alpha International, a premier leadership and service organization that has raised millions of dollars for the hospital. Funding for the Kahuna Charitable Foundation

The Foundation receives 100 percent of all proceeds from Kahuna Empowerment, Inc. products. Kahuna Empowerment, Inc. (KEI) is an independent publisher with a mission to inspire, educate and empower people to take bold action to achieve their dreams. In addition , the Foundation exclusively manages the limited speaking engagements and opportunities for Frank F. Lunn and receives 100 percent of his fees or honorarium to donate to St. Jude.
